Barn Dance – St Stephen’s Church Hall, Bexhill.

£206 was raised for our funds and a fantastic time was had by all. Despite it being Easter Saturday, approximately seventy people turned up and danced the night away. Thank you to everyone who came along and especially those who donated prizes for the raffle.

Charity Lunch – Friday 11th April

A friend and neighbour of Pat’s, invited friends around for lunch, making a small charge for the meal and asking them to bring along any headscarves or hats that they no longer required.
Generous donations were given and £51 was raised for the pink ladies and a carrier bag of scarves and hats donated, which will be given to Gloria, for use by Headstrong at the Conquest. Thank you all for your generosity.

Ninfield Carnival – July 19th

Although the day started off rather doubtful, black clouds in the sky and a heavy shower in the morning, it blossomed into sunny afternoon and a huge crowd turned out as usual for this annual event. We had a lot of visitors to our stall and managed to raise just over £200 which we were very pleased about. Huge thanks go to Carole, Brenda, Lilian and their team for pricing up and setting out and manning the stall and of course putting everything away at the end of the day.
